Related Campaigns

The campaign for the right to food is inextricably connected with other campaigns and people's movements across the country. On this page we post material from some of these campaigns, which give a sense of the range of issues with which the right to food is related.

• The National Campaign Committee for Unorganised Sector Workers is fighting for a comprehensive legislation protecting the rights of workers in the unorganised sector. Some information on this campaign is available here.
• Many people and groups came together earlier this year to participate in a Coastal Yatra for livelihood rights of coastal communities and unorganized workers. The aims of the yatra and the campaign of which it is a part are described here and here.
